For the products to be eligible for a refund, you must return them to us within 14 calendar days of your ADA (Actual Delivery Date).

The items must be unopened and in their original condition. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. The order will be refunded within 14 days after the items have been shipped back to our warehouse.

If our products arrived damaged, please contact us right away! We will pay for the return shipping as well as a replacement product. OR You can get a full refund within 14 days after the items have been shipped back to our warehouse.
